DOMINIC LONGCROFT

Dominic was born in 1966, and his family moved to Gstaad in 1980. Gstaad has been his home for 26 years, during which time he has the seen the market change and has developed an understanding for the changes that have occurred. Dominic has an excellent feeling for the market and, more importantly, is able to advise on developments in the Saanenland area. Dominic was schooled in Gstaad and Villars, and spent four years in the United States obtaining a BA degree in Marketing. He then spent 15 years in London working in commercial and residential property, and has now returned to live in Gstaad.

Dominic took away from London an understanding of client services and the service culture of a large city, and has brought these important elements to Gstaad Business.com SA. He believes in the benefits of a healthy environment, and that life is too short not to live your dreams.

David joined our team in 2010. After 22 years of visiting Gstaad, he decided to make the move here from his home in Scotland spending 2 winters as a Ski Instructor in Gstaad. With 6 years of sales/customer service experience, David is responsible for finding the right properties for our clients and making sure you receive an excellent level of service throughout your buying or selling experience.

Bruno is the all-round talent of the team: with his ample experience as technician, gardener, driver and housekeeper in the 5-star hotel industry, he provides the helping hand when it comes to chalet maintenance, chauffeur service, repairs, removals, organisation of construction cleaning and muchmore. Fluent in Portuguese, French and Italian, Bruno moved to Switzerland in the 2002, and joined GstaadBusiness.com full-time in 2008. Bruno lives in Saanen with his wife Suse, who is also a team member, and their young daughter Carolina.

EMILA RODRIGUES

Head of Housekeeping

With her many years of experience and as Head of Housekeeping in the 5* Hotel industry, Mila is head of our Housekeeping department, she leads the Chalet services and construction cleaning teams which covers the entire Gstaad Valley. Mila is your contact person for any private or construction cleanings. Her team is very well trained with all the products and where possible we use environmentally friendly products. She and her teams have an extremely friendly service attitude whilst being very professional in the re service to our clients. The Mila speaks several languages including, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, English and poquito Espagnol, these are an all important advantage in communicating with the service team and our international costumers.

Office Clerk

Jasmin joined the firm in August 08. In her position as a commercial clerk, she also she supports many of our different departments. With her administrative experience Jasmin completes our team at the front desk. She is looking forward to welcome you at our office in Gstaad, Chalet Les Arcades.

CAROLINE DAENZER

Rental Manager / Private Customer Management

Caroline is part of our team since April 2009. After having won experience in Real Estate and worked as a flight attendant in Geneva, she wanted to come back "home", to our wonderful region. She’s responsible for quotations for Chalet rentals, consulting services, viewings and rental agreements in our Rental Department. She is the contact for landlords and tenants, and with her "Swiss-French" friendly way of being she is a good spirit for our team and always wants to find the best solution for our clients. In addition she is in charge of a number of private clients and takes care of their administration. Besides speaking fluent French, English and German she also speaks a little Italian.
