Summer is approaching....
After a wonderful and snowy winter we are in full preparation for the coming summer season, which once again, promises to be an eventful and busy one.
Gstaad itself is once again offering a large variety of activities and events, suited for all ages. The Allianz Suisse Tennis Open hosts some of the best Tennis players of the world. From July 25th to August 2nd, Stanislaw Wawrinka, Paul-Henry Mathieu and many others will fight for the prestigious title Alliance Swiss Open Champion.
As every year the Menuhin Festival is presenting the who is who of the classical music world in its various concerts in and around Gstaad. Cecilia Bartoli, Sol Gabetta, Jeremy Menuhin, Edita Gruberova, Grygory Sokolov and many others will travel to Gstaad yet again to enchant the visitors of the Menuhin Festival with masterpieces in a unique ambiance.
Apart from its many activities, Gstaad of course also offers all that the mountain dweller is searching for. Long walking trails, gorgeous valley lakes and the peace and quite of nature invite to relax and recharge those batteries so needed in everyday life.
Many of our regular clients will be returning to Gstaad for the summer and thus the rental department of Gstaad Immobilien has its share of work cut out and the team is doing a wonderful job finding just the place for our high quality conscious customers.
We have been able to acquire some beautiful new properties in Gstaad and the Saanenland for rent and are very excited to present them to our clients. Caroline, our Rental Executive is looking forward to receiving your emails at caroline@gstaadimmobilien.com.
I am also happy to announce that Gstaad Immobilien now has a full time Sales Manager. Rouven has started with us this April and he is responsible for all your Sales inquiries for Chalets, Apartments or commercial properties in Gstaad and its surroundings. He is looking forward to receiving you at our office at the Palacestrasse and is always available for requests via email at rouven@gstaadimmobilien.com.
Speaking of the Sales Department, this year promises to be an exciting one with interesting properties presenting them selves on the market. From the Luxury Apartment in the heart of the Promenade of Gstaad to the Chalet d'Alpage in the beautiful village of Chateau d'Oex to the ultimate luxury Chalet on the Oberbort, a stone throw away from the world famous Palace Hotel.
On the technological side the team of Gstaad Immobilien is now implementing the Online program SalesForce, allowing us to collect data faster and more efficient and permitting the sales and rental departments to respond to inquiries on a much more precise and detailed level, offering you exactly what you are looking for, pinpointing your needs with a few simple questions and presenting the properties to you which really are of interest. All this in the spirit of our commitment to our greatest good, our clients.
